These are a few of my personal favorites from 2013.  Every photo listed here has either only (1) ONE favorite or (0) ZERO.  I thought I would give them another viewing.

Life and time, finite or infinite?

Is a single life, like the life of a universe?

Is it a universe, or a multiverse?

Does it expand and contract forever

or blow out like a candle on a cake?

does it disperse into nothing..

or does it exist simultaneously

alongside infinite possibility?

And breath throughout eternity.

In plain English, I wonder this about reality.  I've noticed most things seem to relate on a basic level.  Physics effects all things the same, whether it be on a macro or micro scale.  The universe exists on a macro scale while our lives exist on a micro scale.  But does the physical effect and illusion of time effect everything the same?  If it is physics, which it must be, then there should be rules governing all matter.

Universe or Multiverse?  Does "possibility" and "probability" play out across a spectrum of light in an infinite variety of simultaneous multiverse?  Or is existence flat and finite..  like earth once was.  I comfort myself sometimes in the possibility that all possibility plays out simultaneously in a rhythmic pulse of macro time.  A constant expansion and contraction.  Life is not finite, but eternal for all and everything, in a constant evolution throughout an everlasting sequence of pulses.  The universe and subsequent multiverses.. multi-versions..  beat like a heart forever. Expanding, collapsing then reigniting.

In this life, you might make mistakes but you'll be right here again in a trillion, trillion years doing it all again, but slightly better.  And across in infinite spectrum of existence, everything that can be, will be.  So everything you miss this time, you are interacting with somewhere.  Everyone you lose, you still have somewhere.

At least... that's what I keep telling myself, to be able to live with regrettable inaction in life.   Somewhere I believe, I stayed longer, said more, loved more, did that thing I wanted to do, communed with that person I wanted to commune with.  But faith has its folly where it permits complacency, whereas living like there is no tomorrow can enable someone to live more thoroughly, because it is the only chance to get it right.

But this is just one theory on life and time.

This is laughable to me...  and I present the question...  Why do we need these people?  Before the internet, maybe we needed "representation" back in the days of horse and buggy... but now, why can't the people just vote on everything?  Put the crap online in a public forum, we can elect our leaders from home with an identification number, and they can just work out the bugs. To hell with these overpaid "fat cats" who are disconnected from hardship and reality.  Are these guys foregoing pay like the 800,000 other federal workers out of work?  Somehow I doubt it.

What is the payroll of Congress and House of Representatives anyway?  I wonder how far all that money could go in social programs.  I hate hearing these silver spoon fed jag offs argue about money going to social programs, and I hate hearing people of privilege bitching about tax dollars going to help less privileged people.  I am not the most educated person, I'm not sure what socialism is exactly..  but everyone should have healthcare, food, and shelter...  education should also be offered by the government and people, of a nation like the US (in the top ten of most demographics), shouldn't complain about supporting downtrodden citizens,  isn't this whole thing about Healthcare?

We shouldn't bitch about giving EVERYONE equal opportunity...  I thought that was the whole point of this country and of the constitution, and declaration of independence, in the case of the US, but also in any democratic free nation.  Downtrodden and desperate people are at the root of all the worlds major social issues, such as crime and violence.. and behind the downtrodden are the "self-sufficient" goons of the "upper echelon".  The reality of freedom is that it is nothing more than a clever rouse to pacify the growing masses in the pursuit of profits, not happiness.

Given less opportunity, people resort to desperate measures in a desperate effort to balance the scales.  and, YES..  opportunity should be GIVEN...  it isn't always possible to be earned.  From there it is up to an individual to make the right decisions.  But without providing an equal playing field we create this rift in society.  We really have this ceiling on our capacity for empathy and true "humanity", the act of being humane to all people.

Shut it down...  I wish it could shutdown for good.  Save some money, Tax the rich, feed the poor.  Rip the silver spoon from the oversized mouths of bureaucrats, let them feel the 'mercy' of 'social programs', let them wait in unemployment lines.  Let them feel hardship, and then afterwards, say a decade of suffering, let's see if they feel the same way.  Let them address the nations issues from a renewed and realistic perspective, rather than looking down through the clouds from a moral highchair.  Take those silver spoons, melt them down, and revitalize the people and economy.  Make it rain.

I know we need something for checks and balances..  someone has to make laws, qualified people.  The power needs to be evenly distributed so than no one individual lunatic can lead a nation astray.  But this system seems too lavish and broken.  These people get paid too much and they are too disconnected with common people.  Each one has a personal agenda to build on their own personal achievements at all cost.
